Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 26, 2026
Omni One 360 ("we", "us") runs the website omnione360.com and the Omni One 360 agent portal, where the insurance agents who work with us see their own sales, commissions and spending. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
On the website. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and the website doesn't run analytics. If you contact us, book a call or buy a plan, we receive the details you give us, such as your name, email, phone and business details. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never receive your full card number.
In the agent portal (only for agents and staff we invite):
- Google sign-in. When you sign in with Google, Google sends us your basic profile: your email address, name, profile picture and a Google account ID. We use only your email address, to check that you are on our list of agents, and we don't store the rest. We don't get your Google password, and we don't get access to your Gmail, Google Drive, contacts or any other Google data.
- Your business records. The policies you submit, commission lines, marketing expenses, lead sources, commission rates and goals. They are kept in the agency's Google Workspace. Some of these records include details about your clients' policies (for example names, policy numbers and premiums).
- Commission statements. If you use the VA service, the statement files you upload are saved in the agency's Google Drive and read by automated tools, including an AI service, to fill in your commission lines.
- Activity from our CRM. Counts of your dials and quotes, and the policies you enter in the CRM, so the portal can show your daily plan and production.
- A sign-in cookie. One encrypted cookie keeps you signed in. It is not used for advertising or tracking.
- A change log. Each change made in the portal is recorded with the date and who made it.
How we use information
- To sign you in and keep your account secure.
- To show you your own sales, commissions, spending and goals, and to save the changes you make.
- To run the agency: pay commissions, follow up on policies, and support you.
- To answer you when you contact us.
We don't sell personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Information from Google
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use it only for the sign-in described above and never share it with anyone else except as needed to run the portal or as required by law.
Who can see it
You see only your own records. Omni One 360 administrators can see and correct agents' records to support them; their changes are recorded in the change log. We share information only with the service providers that help us run the website and the portal (cloud hosting and storage, our CRM, and the automation and AI services that read statements), only for that purpose, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your records while you work with us, and afterwards for as long as we need them for commissions, chargebacks, legal, tax and insurance record-keeping reasons.
Your choices
- You can see and correct most of your records yourself in the portal.
- You can ask us for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing contact@omnione360.com. Some records we must keep by law.
- You can remove the portal's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/connections.
Security
All connections are encrypted. Sign-in goes through Google, so we never store passwords. Only the portal's server can read the agency's records, and it shows each agent only their own.
Children
The website and the portal are for business use and are not meant for anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. For important changes we will tell agents in the portal or by email.
