Terms of Service

Who can use the portal

The agent portal is only for agents and staff we invite. You sign in with your own Google account. Your access ends when you stop working with us, or earlier if we remove it.

Your account

Your records and the numbers you see

You are responsible for the information you enter. The portal helps you track your business. Commission amounts shown in the portal are for tracking only: the amounts actually owed come from the carriers' statements and your agreement with Omni One 360. Nothing in the portal changes that agreement. Statement lines filled in by the VA service are read automatically; check them, and correct any mistakes in the portal.

Use the services fairly

Don't:

Plans and payments

If you buy a plan, the price, billing, any trial and how to cancel are shown at checkout and in your order. Payments are processed by our payment provider.

Our content

The website and the portal, including their design and text, belong to Omni One 360. Your business records remain yours and the agency's to use as described in the Privacy Policy.

Other services

The services work with other companies' services, such as Google sign-in and our CRM. Their own terms apply to those services.

Changes and availability

We may change, pause or stop parts of the services. We work to keep them available and correct, but we can't promise they will always be available or free of errors.

No warranty and limits

The services are provided "as is". Information on the website is general and is not legal, tax or financial advice. To the extent the law allows, Omni One 360 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, from using the services.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. For important changes we will tell agents in the portal or by email. If you keep using the services after a change, the new terms apply.
